Through this petition, the petitioner has assailed the order dated 30.04.2025 (Annexure P-4) passed under Section 12(2)(xi) of the Commission For Air Quality Management in National Capital Region and Adjoining Areas Act, 2021, which provides for an appeal to be adjudicated under Section 18 of the said Act, however, the said remedy has not been availed by the petitioner.

In view of the aforesaid, no satisfactory reason is forthcoming from the petitioner as to why the dispute cannot be raised before the National Green Tribunal.
