In view of the Supreme Court's decision in Union of India and Another v. Surender Singh Parmar, (2015) 3 SCC 404, and considering that the AFT has followed its earlier judgment, no interference with the AFT order is warranted despite the contention that invalid/reservist pension cannot be granted to persons retired long back.
