Through the instant petition prayer is made by the petitioner for issuance of directions upon respondent No.3 to comply with the orders dated 07.02.2022 (Annexure P-11) and dated 13.10.2022 (Annexure P-13), whereby the Army Group Insurance Fund requested the State Bank of Patiala (now State Bank of India) to release the amount of Rs. 7,12,152/- in favour of the petitioner in her bank account.

already been credited in the account of the petitioner on 23.12.2024, whereas, now her grievance is only with regard to the interest part. Since the main grievance of the petitioner has already been redressed, and the dispute is with regard to, whether the concerned Bank is liable to pay the interest is not the scope of this writ petition, therefore, the instant petition is disposed of with a liberty to the petitioner to approach the bank/ any other appropriate forums for redressal of her grievance with regard to the interest part.
