This is an application filed under Section 151 of the Code of Civil Procedure seeking permission for withdrawal of the main case (CWP-6374-2025) .

During the course of hearing, learned counsel for the applicant/petitioner submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the instant writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to file fresh one on the same cause of action as inadvertently, the petitioner failed to annex the order dated 15.05.2013 passed by a Division Bench of this Court in CWP-12245-2012.
