Through the instant petition, a challenge is thrown to t he intimation r eport dated nil (Annexure P-5) , prepared by the Enquiry Offi c er, Flying Chi e f Squad, Rohtak, respondent No.3, wherein, it is intimated to t he authorities concerned, regarding some embezzlement with regard to agricultural subsidy.

It is informed to this Court th a t the intimation report (supra), h as been give n effect to, and after conside r ing all other circumstances, an FIR No.59 d ated 29.03.2022, under Sectio n s 420, 467, 468, 471 and 120- B of the IPC, Po l ice Station Behal, District Bhi w ani, has been registered. 3. Learned counsel for the State, on instructions imparted to him by Inspector R a dhey Shyam, Police Station B e hal, District Bhiwani, submits t h at MANPREET SINGH2025.04.25 14:22 charges ha v e already been framed in the FIR (supra), and now the cas e is I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this order/judgment

Considering the subsequent d evelopment, this Court is of t he considered opinion that at this stage, no i n tervention of this Court, seek i ng quashing o f the intimation report is requir e d, as much water has flown a f ter filing of th e instant petition. Further, the pe t itioner has liberty to raise all s u ch pleas, whi c h are raised before this Cour t , before the learned Trial C o urt concerned.
