“State counsel submits that petitioner has been granted compensation of Rs.60,000/- under instructions/policy dated 03.04.2019, Annexure R-6/3. He has made a reference to an affidavit given by the petitioner, whereby while accepting the compensation, she deposed that she will withdraw the instant writ petition.
