At the outset itself, the learned counsel for the petitioner fairly submits that, CWP-29676-2018, wherein became enclosed issue(s) similar to the one at hand, has already been dismissed by the Co-ordinate Bench of this Court, vide verdict dated 10.09.2024. She further submits that, at the time of issuance of notice upon the present writ petition, it was ordered to be taken up along with the CWP (supra). Hence, since the issue involved in the present writ petition has already been adjudicated by the Co-ordinate Bench while dismissing the CWP (supra), therefore, the present writ petition be also disposed of in the same terms.
