At the outset, counsel for the petitioners confined the prayer to decision of their pending representations dated 31.12.2024 (Annexure P-4), 07.01.2025 (Annexure P-5) and 15.01.2025 (Annexure P-6), which the respondents had not adverted to; State counsel, on advance service, opposed notice of motion but submitted that respondent No.2 would look into the grievance and take decision either way. A t the outset, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners w o uld be satisfied, in case, th e ir pending representations d a ted 31.12.2024 ( A nnexure P-4), dated 07.01. 2 025 (Annexure P-5) and d a ted 15.01.2025 (A n nexure P-6) are decided by res p ondent No.2, which have not b een adverted to by t he respondents till date.
