P e tition herein is for issuance of a Writ in the nature of Manda m us, directing the r e spondents to issue the necess a ry NDC/NOC to the petitioners to contest electio n for the Gram Panchayat, Villa g e Lakhmir Ke Uttar, to accept t h eir nomination pa p ers and to provide adequate sec u rity while filing nomination pa p ers and to conduct videography of the same.

A s noticed in the order dated 13.02.2025, learned State counsel had submitted that grievance of the petitioners reg a rding issuance of NDC/NOC shall be addressed. T oday, on resumed hearing, lea r ned State counsel submits that the needful has be e n done.
