Petition herein is for issuance of a Writ in the nature of Mandamus directing respondent No.3 to take appropriate action on the representation dated 07.10.2024 (Annexure P-3) of the petitioner.

At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner would be satisfied, in case, his pending representation dated 07.10.2024 (Annexure P-3) is decided by respondent No.3, which has not been adverted to by the respondents till date.

On the other hand, on advance service of copy of petition, learned State counsel appears and opposes issuance of notice of motion. He submits that grievance of the petitioner will be looked into by respondent
