A t the outset, learned counsel for t he petitioner submits that petiti o ner would be sat i sfied, in case, her pending representation dated 03.01.2025 (Annexure P-6 ) is decided by respondent No.4 / concerned authority, which has not been adverted t o by the respondents till date. 3. O n the other hand, on advance s ervice of copy of petition, lea r ned State counsel a ppears and opposes issuance o f notice of motion.
