In the present petition, the prayer of the petitioner is that Execution Application filed for implementation of order passed in OA No. 2508 of 2012 dated 30.08.2023 is being adjourned by the Tribunal time and again and no final decision is being taken, which is causing prejudice to the petitioner, especially when, the petitioner has been granted the benefit of War Injury Pension.
