Both writ petitions dismissed, upholding the award dated 09.05.2000. The amount deposited by the Mill qua acceptance of demand No. 4 is to be released in favour of the Mill, to be forwarded to the entitled members of the worker union who worked during 1994-1995, including their legal representatives if any such member is not alive; needful to be done within eight weeks of receipt of copy of the order. On application moved by the Mill with copy of the order, the competent authority of the Court is to release the deposited amount in favour of the Mill. The Mill is directed to place on record an affidavit of compliance of disbursement of the amount to the entitled workmen or their legal heirs within three months.
