By way of present pe��on filed under Ar�cle 226/227 of the Cons�tu�on of India, pe��oner prays for issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus direc�ng the responents to release the gratuity, leave encashment and arrears of revised pay as well as revised pension, while implemen�ng the recommenda�ons of the Sixth Punjab Pay Commission.

Learned counsel for the pe��oner submits that legal no�ce dated 08.12.2024 (Annexure P.2) was also sent to the respondents but no ac�on has been taken thereon �ll date.

Learned counsel also submits that the pe��oner will be sa�sfied in case the respondents are directed to take a decision on the legal no�ce dated 08.12.2024 (Annexure P.2) by passing a speaking order.
