T h e instant criminal revision peti t ion has been filed by the petiti o ner challenging th e impugned order dated 25.11. 2 019 passed by the learned Fa m ily Court, Faridab a d whereby while allowing the p etition filed by the respondent- w ife under Section 1 25 Cr.P.C., a sum of Rs.4000/per month has been awarded t o her as maintenanc e from the date of filing of the p etition till the date of order, a l ong with litigation e xpenses of Rs.7000/-, and fur th er in view of escalation of co s t of living, Rs.4500/- per month in future till furthe r orders towards maintenance. 2. L e arned counsel for petitioner su b mits that since the impugned o rder has already be e n complied with by the petition e r, therefore, the instant petitio n has been rendered infructuous.
