1. The petitioners have filed the present petition under Section 528 of B.N.S.S with a prayer to issue appropriate directions to respondents No.1 and 2 to take strict legal action against the respondent No.4. A further prayer has been made to direct respondent No.2 to decide the representation dated 19.06.2025 (Annexure P-5), which was submitted by the petitioners.

On advance notice, Mr. I.P.S Sabharwal, DAG, Punjab has appeared on behalf of official respondents and submits that earlier a complaint was received from Monika Gupta wife of Harish Gupta, respondent No.4 and no substance was found in the complaint and the same was ordered to be consigned to record on 17.06.2025. Learned State counsel further submits that there is a civil dispute between the parties and they are unnecessarily dragging the police authorities in the matter. He next contends that at present, no
