The petitioner has filed the present petition under Section 482 of B.N.S.S with a prayer to grant anticipatory bail to him in case FIR No.09, dated 30.01.2025, under Sections 140(1),191(3),190 of BNS (Sections 364,148 and 149 of IPC), registered at Police Station Division No.1, District Pathankot.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in compliance of the orders dated 02.04.2025 and 22.04.2025 passed by this Court, the petitioner has joined the investigation.

Learned State counsel on instructions from ASI Pawan Kumar, Police Station Division-I, Pathankot also submits that the petitioner has joined the investigation and is no longer required for further investigation.

In view of the above statement made by learned counsel for the parties, the interim orders dated 02.04.2025 and 22.04.2025 are made absolute. The petitioner shall continue to join the investigation, as and when called by the Investigating Officer. The petitioner shall also abide by the conditions as
