The prayer in the petition under Section 482 of BNSS is for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners in case FIR No.180 dated 304(2), 115(2), 190, 191(3) of BNSS, 2023 and Section 25 of Arms Act registered at P.S. Ranjit Avenue, District Police Commissionerate Amritsar, Punjab.

Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that pursuant to the interim order dated 20.01.2025 passed by this Court, petitioner has joined the investigation.

The learned State Counsel on instructions submits that the petitioner has joined investigation in terms of orders dated 20.01.2025 and is is not required for custodial interrogation.

In this view of the matter, interim order dated 20.01.2025 is made absolute.

However, the petitioner shall keep on joining the investigation
