This petition under Section 528 of Bhartiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (BNSS, 2023) has been filed seeking direction to the official respondent(s) to add the offences under Sections 119/109 of BNS, 2023 in case FIR No.0128 dated 16.12.2024, under Sections 296, 75, 151(3), 190(3), 351(1), 351(3), 117(2), 115(1) of BNS, 2023, registered at Police Station Hathur, District Ludhiana as overall facts of the FIR clearly making out a case of attempt to murder, by causing grievous injuries with deadly weapons on the vital parts of the body of petitioner.

At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner has filed a representation (Annexure P6) before respondent No.2 raising his grievances as mentioned in the present petition but the same has not yet been considered and no action has been taken thereupon. He further submitted that at this stage, the petitioner would be satisfied if, appropriate directions are issued to respondent No.2, to consider and decide the aforesaid representation filed by the petitioner and take

necessary action thereupon.
