Instant petition has been file d under Section 482 of the BNSS, 20 2 3 seeking anticipatory bail i n case FIR No.0244 dated 12.11.2024 registered under Sections 85, 3 16(2) of the BNS, 2023 at Police Station Model Town, District Hoshi a rpur.

On the last date of hearing i. e . 02.04.2025, the following order was p assed: -

“Learned counsel for t h e complainant submits that there is concealment on the p art of the petitioner as in para 20 of the petition it ha s been stated that he is not involved in any other case/FI R and no case is pending or decided against the petitioner and whereas he is involved in three more cases i.e. FIR No.0181 dated 09.12.2021 registered under Sections 41 5 , 418, 420 and 120-B IPC registered at Police Station S ector 31, Chandigarh; FIR No.0008 dated 23.09.2024 re g istered under Sections 66C
