This petition has been filed under Section 528 BNSS seeking quashing of FIR No.130 dated 13.04.2024 registered under Sections 148, 149, 323 & 506 of Indian Penal Code at Police Station Ambala Cantt. District Ambala, on the basis of compromise dated 18.03.2025 along with all subsequent proceedings arising therefrom.

“This 2nd petition has been filed under Section 528 BNSS seeking quashing of FIR No.130 dated 13.04.2024 registered under Sections 148, 149, 323, 506 IPC at Police Station Ambala Cantt., District Ambala, on the basis of compromise dated 18.03.2025 along with all subsequent proceedings arising therefrom.

At this stage, on asking of the Court, Ms. Geeta Sharma, DAG, Haryana accepts notice on behalf of respondent No.1 – State and Ms. Simran, Advocate accepts notice on behalf of respondents No.2 and 3 and files Vakalatnama, which is taken on record. Copy of the paper book be supplied to them during the course of day. Service is complete.
