Counsel for the applicant submits that they have a very good case on merit and there is sufficient evidence on record which is sufficient for conviction of the private respondents No.2 to 8 & conviction of respondents No. 9 to 14 under Section 216 IPC and respondents No.4 and 6 under Section 25 of Arms Act. There is no appreciation of evidence qua the above said private respondents and offence attracted in the judgment dated 09.03.2016.

Before accepting the sureties, the concerned Court must satisfy that if the accused fails to appear in Court, then such surety is capable of producing the accused before the Court.

The furnishing of the personal bonds shall be deemed acceptance of the all stipulations, terms, and conditions of this bail order.

Registry to communicate this order to the trial Court without any delay. In case of failure of respondents No.2 to 14 to furnish bond, the concerned Court shall proceed further in accordance with law.
