At this stage, counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner needs some time for handing over the vacant possession of the demised premises, in view of the affirmatory orders passed by the court below. Counsel for the petitioner gives an undertaking to hand over the vacant possession of the demised premises, which was described in the petition as ground floor of SCO 1123, Sector 22, Chandigarh, within a period of six months from today onwards, if so granted by this Court.

In view of the submission, so made, counsel for the respondent submits that they have no objection if the six months’ period is granted for handing over the vacant possession of the shop to the respondent.
