The present revision petition h as been filed for setting aside the order dated 13.2.2025 (Annexure P-8 ) passed by the learned Civil Judge (S r . Divn.), Chandigarh whereby the application filed by the petitioner s under Order 7 Rule 11 CPC has b een dismissed.

Vide order dated 08.4.2025, w hile issuing Notice of Motion, further pr o ceedings before the learned trial Court had been stayed by this Court.

It is submitted by learned Se n ior Counsel for the petitioners that the p resent revision petition has bee n rendered infructuous as the responde n t has filed an application befor e the Civil Judge (Sr. Divn.), Chandiga r h seeking permission to withdra w the main Guardian Petition instituted b y the respondents. copy of t h e order dated 15.4.2025 passed b y the learned Civil Judge (Sr. Divn.), C h andigarh, in which, reference is made to the said application filed by the re s pondents. The said copy of the o rder is taken on record. It is submitted that however, the said applicati o n for withdrawal is not being considere d by the learned trial Court in view of the fact that vide order dated 08. 4 .2025 this Court has stayed f u rther proceedings before the learned trial Court.

Learned counsel for re s pondent No.1 admits that the aforesaid a pplication has been filed by resp o ndent No.1 before the learned trial Cour t seeking withdrawal of the main G uardian Petition.
