The Report from the le a rned Rent Controller vide communication dated 18.1.2025 has be e n received, as per which, in detail, it is pointed out that the pre s ent suit was filed by the petitione r /landlord on 25.1.2017; issues in the same were framed on 08.3.201 8 ; petitioner concluded her e v idence on 21.7.2022; and thereafte r evidence of the respondent h a s started, who, till date has examine d nine witnesses; and on 16.1.2025 last opportunity was

Accordingly b a ilable warrants to RW ASI Pavittar S ingh has been issued through t he Superintendent of Police, Patiala. The Report further reveals tha t “the petitioner had availed long peri o d of time to concluding her e v idence and despite availing numerou s opportunities she examin e d only two witnesses”. Moreove r , the Rent Petition has come i n to the action plan cases and the learn e d Rent Controller is making strenuous efforts to conclude the Rent P etition expeditiously.
