Learned counsel for the pet i tioner submits that contempt proceedin g s be initiated against the respond e nt for not complying the order dated 01. 2 .2024 (Annexure P-1) passed b y a co-ordinate Bench of this Court in C WP-23775-2023 titled as “Balje e t Kaur vs. State of Punjab and others”, w hereby the petition was disp o sed of with a direction “to responde n t No.2- the Deputy Commission e r, District Sri Muktsar Sahib, Punjab, t o consider the representation dat e d 27.06.2023 (Annexure P-1) filed by th e petitioner and to pass a speakin g and reasoned order thereupon in accord a nce with law within a period o f four months from the date of receipt o f certified copy of this order aft e r granting an opportunity of hearing t o the petitioner.”
