Learned counsel for the pet i tioner submits that contempt proceedi n gs be initiated against the respondent(s) for not complying the order dated 04.10.2024 (Annexure P -1) passed by a co-ordinate Bench o f this Court in CWP-9415-2019 titled as “Pushpender Singh vs. State of Haryana and others” an d CWP-1281-2020 titled as “Shyam S under and others vs. State o f Haryana and another” vide which t h e respondents were directed “….to release the pay and allowanc e s of the post of Section Officer f or the period the petitioners have per f ormed the duties of the said p osts, with all consequential benefits, w ithin a period of three month s from the date of receipt of certified c opy of this order.”
