Prayer in the present petitio n is for initiation of contempt proceedi n gs against the respondent for n o t complying the order dated 30.7.202 4 (Annexure P-1) passed by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court in CRWP-7268-2024 titled as “ Mohinder Pal vs. State of Punjab a n d others”, vide which the res p ondent was directed “….to consider the representation dated 05. 6 .2024 (Annexure P-2) and decide th e same by passing an appropri a te order thereon, strictly as per law, w ithin a period of two months fr o m today.”
