Learned counsel for the pet i tioner submits that contempt proceedi n gs be initiated against the resp o ndent for not complying the order dat e d 18.3.2025 (Annexure P-1) p a ssed by a co-ordinate Bench of this C o urt in CWP-7236-2025 titled a s “Mohit vs. State of Haryana and othe r s”, whereby the petition was disposed of with a direction “….to r e spondent No.2-the Secretary , Haryana Staff Selection Commiss i on to take note of the repr e sentation dated 13.12.2024 (Annexur e P-13) sent by the petitioner a nd to pass a well reasoned and spe a king order thereupon after g ranting an opportunity of hearing to the respective parties in accordance with law and preferabl y within a period of 02 month s from the date of receipt of certified c opy of this order.”
