The present contempt petition has been filed for n oncomplian c e of order dated 15.07.2014 p a ssed by the Division Bench of t his Court in CWP-13416-2014 and order d ated 23.05.2018 passed in CO C P- 1329-2017.

Learned counsel for the r e spondent No.2 contends that in complian c e of order dated 15.07.2014, short reply dated 18.04.2024 has been file d by Abdullah Khan, Project D irector, PIU, NHAI, Amritsar on behalf of respondents No.1 and 2.

In view of the above, o r der dated 15.07.2014 passed by Division Bench of this Court in C W P-13416-2014 has already been complied with. This fact is not disp u ted by learned counsel for the petitione r s.

Accordingly, the contempt i s purged. Rule is discharged.

Needless to say that petitio n ers can avail any other remedy for remainin g relief pertaining to the award s dated 31.05.2010 and 09.11.2 0 12 as is avai l able to them, in accordance wit h law.
