Present contempt petition has been filed alleging violation of order dated 23.9.2024 (An n exure P-1) passed by a coordinate B ench of this Court in CWP-21 2 34-2024 titled as “Rajender Singh vs. The Commissioner Employees Provident Fund Organizatio and othe r s”, whereby the petition was disposed of on the basis of statemen t s made by learned counsel for the respondents to the effect that :-

If all the documents have already been su b mitted, the amount would be released within 3 m onths from today. If the petitioner has not sub m itted documents, intimation within 1 month shall b e sent to the petitioner. xxx xxx xxx” Learned counsel for the respondent No.1, on instructions, informs t h at vide order dated 28.10.2025 an amount of Rs.1,66,804/-, which in c ludes Employees share of pro v ident fund of Rs.1,26,960/and Rs.39,844/- as Employer share wi t h update interest has been deposite d in the account of the petitione r .
