Prayer in this petition is for initiation of contempt proceedin g s against the respondent for n o t complying the order dated 28.10.202 4 (Annexure P-1) passed by a co- o rdinate Bench of this Court in CWP-293 2 0-2024 titled as “Anita vs. St a te of Punjab and others”, in which, it w as directed as follows :-

Copy of the sai d Compliance Report alongwith Speaking Order is supplied to learned coun s el for the petitioner. Registry to tag/paginate the same at appropriate pla c e in the paper-book. Learned counsel f o r the State submits that in view o f the above no cause of action survives i n the present petition and the same may be disposed of.
