There is no representa�on on behalf of the appellant. It is despite the fact that Mr. Mohnish Sharma, Advocate, who was represen�ng the appellant has been duly informed through a le&er, which has been received by him as in�mated by Registry.
Apart from above, perusal of the record would reveal that dispute was rela�ng to a wall. A suit for permanent injunc�on was filed by the plain�ff (appellant herein) and the same was dismissed by the trial Court on 15.10.1999. Appeal filed by him was dismissed on 19.09.2000. Thus, this Regular Second Appeal is against the concurrent findings dismissing the suit for permanent injunc�on.
In the aforesaid circumstances, when nobody is pu0ng appearance for the appellant despite in�ma�on and there is concurrent findings dismissing the suit for permanent injunc�on, it is highly doub1ul that even the cause of ac�on is s�ll surviving.
Dismissed in default for want of prosecu�on.
