Apart from above, it is no%ced that present appeal is against the concurrent findings of the Courts below inasmuch as suit filed by the respondents-plain%ffs seeking a decree for permanent injunc%on was decreed by the trial Court on 07.01.1994 and the appeal filed by the defendants-appellants herein was dismissed on 22.07.1998.
Learned counsel for the respondents also informs that there are three appellants out of whom Smt. Karnail Kaur had already expired whereas appellant Nos.1 and 2 were unmarried and issueless and both of them have expired and, thus, none is le5 in the family of the appellants.
Having no%ced all the aforesaid facts and circumstances and also the fact that there is no representa%on on behalf of the appellants despite in%ma%on to the counsel for the appellants, it indicates that appellants or their family members are no longer interested in pursuing this appeal.
Dismissed in default for want of prosecu%on.
