Although possession of the defendant- appellant is admi�ed by the plain"ffs- respondents over the property in dispute and even the execu"on of document Ex.D1 dated 15.04.1983 is not disputed by the plain"ffs, but it is also undisputed that said document Ex.D1 is unregistered. As per this document, transac"on of �3,500/- for sale of a prperty is shown in favour of the defendant. Since the document is unregistered, obviously it does not create any right, "tle or interest in favour of the defendant. As such, finding no merit in the appeal, the same is hereby dismissed.
