The petition has been filed, inter alia , seeking a writ of certiorari quashing the order dated 18.03.2024, Annexure P-7, whereby the petitioner’s candidature for the post of PGT (Biology) has been rejected on the ground that she did M.Sc. (Human Genetics), whereas the requisite education qualification is M.Sc. Zoology/Botany/BioSciences/Bio-Chemistry/Genetics/Micro Biology/Plant Physiology/BioTechnology/Life Sciences/Molecular Bio, with atleast fifty per cent marks. 2. Pursuant to last order, dated 20.04.2024, result of petitioner’s provisional interview has been produced in a sealed cover by learned counsel for the second respondent. It shows she secured 41.76
