Di r ections are sought in the present writ petition to responden t Nos.1 and 2 to recover the awarded amount al l owed in MACT No.29 of 2011 dated 02.12.2013 by the Motor Accident Claim s Tribunal, Chandigarh in favou r of the petitioners by recovering the same as arrears of land revenue. Le a rned counsel for the parties s u bmit that the awarded amoun t has already be e n deposited. Hence, the pres e nt petition has been rendere d infructuous.
