concerned, thus the said eviction petitions have been instituted. It has also been echoed thereins, that the said filed eviction petitions are listed on 30.4.2024 before the Assistant Collector concerned. Copies of the said eviction petitions have also been appended as Annexures R-4 and R-5 along with the compliance affidavit.
“ That in compliance of the above said orders of the Hon'ble Court a report was sought from the constituted committee and the Block Development and Panchayat Officer, Beri report dated 19-04-2024 and Naib Tehsildar, Beri report dated 18-042024 and in both reports found that no re-encroachment has been done on the gair mumkin rasta. Illicit possession on the said rasta had been removed on dated 06-02-2024 as per order dated 20-11-2006 and 10-10-2007 of the Assistant Collector, Ist Grade, Beri, District Jhajjar. The unauthorized possession over the land in dispute has already been removed according to the ejectment order dated 20-11-2006 and 10-10-2007. The reports of Naib Tehsildar, Beri dated 18-04-2024 and Block Development and Panchayat Officer, Beri dated 19-04-2024 is attached herewith as Annexure R-2 and R-3. In compliance of the above orders of Hon'ble Court, rasta no. 2997 and 3001 were demarcated on dated 01-04-2024 and who were found the unauthorized occupants over the above said rastas, the ejectment application are filed by the Gram Panchayat, Jahazgarh before the Assistant Collector Ist Grade, Beri on 19-04-2024 filled as Garm Panchayat Jahazgarh Vs Sunita and others and G.P Jahazgarh Vs Dayanand and others and same are fixed for 30-04-2024 for appearance in pursuant to the notice to the unauthorized occupants. The copies of the above said petitions are attached herewith as Annexure R-4 and R-5.
