Prayer in the present petition is for issuance of direction to the respondents to consider the application for allotment qua the land comprising in two parcels, i.e. the land measuring 48 kanal 0 marla being part of decree of civil Court, dated 29.03.1972, Annexure P-18 as old tenant against the private respondents as apparent from and the second parcel of the land measuring 31 kanal 11 marla of khewat No.89, Khatoni No.178, Rect.No.47//3, 8, 9, 10 i.e. total 9 acre, 1 kanal and 11 marla, and to consider the representation of the petitioner accordingly. It is further prayed to stay the dispossession of the petitioner as well as further alienation qua the suit property.

It has been submitted by counsel for the petitioner that for redressal of his grievances, the petitioner has already filed the representation, dated 05.08.2023, Annexure P-19, however, no action has been taken on the same till date.

After hearing learned counsel for the parties and going through the contents of the petition, the present petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.4 to decide the representation of the petitioner, dated 05.08.2023, Annexure P-19, after hearing concerned parties, expeditiously preferably within a period of three months from today in accordance with law.
