Instant applications have been filed praying to prepone the hearing of the main petition and thereafter permitting the petitioner to withdraw the case in view of the settlement between the petitioner and the private respondents.

quash the impugned order, dated 14.08.2018, Annexure P-8, passed by Assistant Collector Grade-1, Ambala, respondent No.2 and order dated 27.04.2017, Annexure P-6, passed by Assistant Collector Grade-2nd, respondent No.3, whereby the partition proceedings have been conducted ex-parte and the land which was purchased by the petitioner alongwith other co-purchasers has been partitioned, as the orders, so passed are illegal, unconstitutional, contrary to the mode of partition and against the principle of natural justice.

In view of the prayer made in CM-5075-CWP-2024, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
