Present writ petition has been filed for directing the official respondents to suspend the Sarpanch of village Shikohpur, Tehsil Manesar, District Gurugram who is involved in the corrupt practices and is embezzling the Government funds in his private interest and to take appropriate criminal proceedings against the Sarpanch or to taken any other appropriate action. Further prayer has been made to stop the disbursement of the Government funds to the Gram Panchayat Shikohpur, Tehsil Manesar, District Gurugram and for appointment of the committee/administrator for management of the financial transaction of the Gram Panchayat Shikohpur, Tehsil Manesar, District Gurugram.
