Challenge in the present p e tition is to the order dated 02.4.2022 passed by the learned District J udge, Family Court, Rohtak, whereby i n an application filed under Se c tion 125 Cr.P.C. filed by the responde n t herein, the petitioner herein has been directed to pay a sum of Rs.15,000 / - per month as interim maintenan c e and a sum of Rs.11,000/- as litigation e xpenses.
Learned counsel for the petitio n er submits that he is unable to establish c ontact with the petitioner and in t he lack of instructions he may be permit t ed to withdraw the present petitio n .
