The petitions pertain to t h e year 2017. Order sheets show th a t from the very first date i. e . 03.10.2018, thereafter on 15.12.20 1 8, 11.9.2023 and 11.3.2024 arguing counsel for the petitione r (s) never put in appearance a nd adjournments had been sought by the proxy counsel. Even t o day nobody on behalf of petitione r (s) is present to pursue these p etitions. It seems that the petitione r (s) is/are no more interested to p ursue the present petitions.
