Challenge in the present revi s ion petition is to the impugned order date d 28.03.2019, passed by the l e arned Principal Judge, Family Court, Jin d , whereby the petition filed by t he petitioner under Section 125 Cr.P.C. w a s dismissed.
The matter pertains to the y e ar 2019. Perusal of the ordersheets sho w s that notice of motion in t h e present case was issued on 12.04.201 9 . Thereafter, on the next two c o nsecutive dates i.e. 19.09.2023 and 11.03.2024, the petitioner had gone u n-represented. Today, for the third time, the petitioner has gone un-repr e sented, despite the case having been calle d twice.
Therefore, it can safely be pr e sumed that the petitioner or her counsel is not interested in pursuing the i n stant petition. Thus, this Court is left wit h no other option except to d i smiss the instant revision for non-prose c ution.
