Today, at the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that he may be permitted to withdraw the instant petition with liberty to raise all pleas as have been raised herein before the Trial Court at appropriate stage.
In view of the aforesaid submission, the instant petition is hereby dismissed as withdrawn with liberty aforesaid.
Since the complaint has been pending before the Trial Court since the last more than a decade, the trial Court is directed that necessary steps be taken so as to ensure that there is no further delay in conclusion of trial and the same is concluded expeditiously.
