The alleg a tions, in nutshell, are that the p etitioner, who was owner of th e property in question had entered into t w o agreements for sale of th e property a nd that while sale deed was e x ecuted in favour of the presen t complain a nt, the earlier agreement was n o t given effect to.

Today, learned counsel for the petitione r submitted that the matter ha s been ami c ably resolved amongst the par t ies with the intervention of th e Mediatio n & Conciliation Centre at Ludh i ana.

However, the petitione r shall joi n the investigation as and w h en called upon to do so an d cooperat e with the Investigating Offic e r and shall also abide by th e conditions as provided under Section 438 (2) Cr.P.C.
