Prayer in this petition is fo r quashing of impugned order dated 04. 1 2.2017 (Annexure P-4) passed b y the Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Fa r idabad, whereby the petitioner h as been declared proclaimed offender i n case FIR No.157 dated 26.1 0 .2016 (Annexure P-1) under Sections 1 20-B and 506 IPC and Section 6 of POCSO Act, registered at Women P olice Station, Faridabad, District Faridabad.
Order sheets show that f r om the last two dates i.e. 22.4.202 4 and 02.7.2024 there was no representation on behalf of petitioner . Even today nobody on beh a lf of petitioner is present to pursue th i s petition. It seems that the peti t ioner is no more interested to pursue th e present petition.
