Therefore, a complaint under Section 156(3) Cr.P.C. w a s filed, which was treated a s complaint case. In order to prove the a llegation complainant hersel f appeared b e fore Ld. JMIC, Nangal and dep o sed as CW-1, Amrana as CW- 2 and Sunita as CW-3 and also proved on record the complaint dat e 14.12.2015 m oved to SSP as Ex.P- 1. Findin g prima facie case accused wa s summoned b ut later on at the time of framing of charge Ld. Trial Court vid e order date d 11.11.2022 (Annexure P-1) discharged the accused.
