Prayer is for quashing of FIR No.20 dated 13.02.2021 under Sections
406,120-B IPC registered at P.S Sadar Khanna, District Khanna and all other subsequent proceedings arising therefrom.
A perusal of para 8 of the status report dated 20.04.2023 reveals that cancellation report in this case has been filed before the court of Illaqa Magistrate, Khanna on 14.02.2023 and the same is pending consideration before the trial Court.
In view thereof, nothing survives in the instant petition and the same is disposed of as having been rendered infructuous.
