themselves and through travel agents on the basis of forged documents (passports and identity proofs) are fleeing to foreign countries. Out of them, gangster/persons involved in terrorist activities namely Gurpreet @ Gopi, Gurpreet @ Lamber, Balwinder Kumar @ Binder, Sukhjeet @ Sukha Kalondi, Sukhdev Singh @ Sabi and certain other unknown persons on the basis of forged passports had fled away to foreign countries. Lucky, Amarbir @ Lalli Cheema, Rana Garhshankaria had also fled to foreign countries on the basis of forged passports. The forged passports and other documents are being prepared with the help of their associates namely Charanjit Bhatia @ Goldy, Karan Kapoor @ Arun Kumar @ Sanjiv Kumar, Sajid Khan and other unknown persons, who had opened offices of travel agents in Delhi and they exchange money for the aforesaid purpose at Nawanshahar. If surveillance is conducted, they can be apprehended. On the basis of the aforesaid secret information, the FIR has been registered.

mentioned as Sajid Ali and that the petitioner is also known by the name Sajid Ali. It has been informed that although challan has been presented, but charges have not been framed and as many as 13 PWs have been cited.
